One after another evasive metaphor comes through the images.<\/p>\n<p>Massive metal aqueducts are important passages in water supply. This is a real-life scenario and a symbol \u2013 one that is akin to the bloodstreams that keep creatures alive. The scene is a space surrounded by metal ducts \u2013 no exit can be seen in the defined visuals. A pale and fragile lady dressed in glamourous clothes oddly shows up; she is lonelily placed in such a distant environment; she is totally out of place in the setting. Such arrangement, however, generated a supernatural interface that is similar to the fourth dimension<a href=\"http:\/\/www.almondchu.com\/wordpress\/portfolio-item\/time-tunnel-2018\/#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This is an absurd placement arrangement, which presents an unusual experience. The gesture of the lady reminds one of a ghost: it directly depicts the scene in which the dexterities are out of control and not knowing what should be put where; a sense of strange dislocation is brought out. Although it is an image taken by a long shot, the stiffness of her facial expressions can be vaguely noted \u2013 not knowing how to respond to the situation that she exists and being unable to fall into the twisted condition, she demonstrates a kind of gloomy yet detailed loneliness. The solidarity, loss and distant feelings that follow come together in an even stronger and dark manner. The focus of the work gradually goes to contemplation on the situation, the identity and other issues.<\/p>\n<p>As for the arrangements in production, Almond Chu employed a technique that is unique to this series of work: while the handling of black and white in the originally shoddy environment highlights its rustic, the work was processed and printed with platinotype, the most elegant method with the highest collectible value in the history of photography. Thanks to the graininess of the visual and the richness of layers, the printing quality and the tones of the picture are almost perfect. \u00a0If you can look at the original, you will experience the charm of this printing technology. Next, the surface of the exquisite visual is decorated with gold leaves and features pretty geometric shapes and lines; the low and dark tone jumps right up to another level.<\/p>\n<p>Another form of unique intervention technique handles the emphasis on the sense of distance through the use of the long shot; it is also an intentional rejection of subjective projection. Although this is a series of works, each is independent and do not have to be linked together. It also requires no lead in about the ups and downs as the key is about the fine details. As John W. Lennon once said \u2018Everything will be okay in the end. If it\u2019s not okay, it\u2019s not the end.\u2019<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.almondchu.com\/wordpress\/portfolio-item\/time-tunnel-2018\/#_ftnref1\" name=\"_ftn1\">[1]<\/a>Renowned British physicist Stephen Hawking exemplified that passing through a time tunnel is entering \u201cthe fourth dimension\u201d. As for the critical point of a time machine, as stressed by Hawking, it would be \u201cthe fourth dimension. \u00a0The fourth dimension is all around us, but it is so small that it can be hardly noticed by the naked eyes. They exist in the rift of space and time.<\/p>\n<h5>\u6731\u5fb7\u83ef\u7684\u300a\u6642\u5149\u96a7\u9053\u300b<\/h5>\n<p>\u6731\u5fb7\u83ef\u7684\u4f5c\u54c1\u7e3d\u662f\u6709\u4e00\u7a2e\u758f\u96e2\u7684\u611f\u89ba\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u300a\u6642\u5149\u96a7\u9053\u300b\u7684\u6a19\u984c\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u65c5\u7a0b\u7684\uff0c\u662f\u751f\u547d\u904e\u6e21\u65c5\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7684\u8ff7\u5931\u8207\u63a2\u7d22\uff1b\u5f71\u50cf\u8655\u8655\u90fd\u611f\u53d7\u5230\u9663\u9663\u6b32\u8a00\u53c8\u6b62\u7684\u96b1\u55bb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u78a9\u5927\u7684\u91d1\u5c6c\u8f38\u6c34\u7ba1\uff0c\u662f\u4f9b\u61c9\u98df\u7528\u6c34\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u7ba1\u9053\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u73fe\u5be6\u7684\u5834\u666f\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u7b26\u865f\uff0c\u5982\u7dad\u6301\u751f\u547d\u7684\u8840\u8108\u3002\u5834\u666f\u662f \u4e00\u8655\u88ab\u91d1\u5c6c\u7ba1\u9053\u570d\u7e5e\u7684\u7a7a\u9593\uff0c\u8a2d\u5b9a\u7684\u756b\u9762\u770b\u4e0d\u5230\u51fa\u53e3\uff1b\u4e00\u500b\u7a7f\u8457\u83ef\u670d\u537b\u7e96\u5f31\u84bc\u767d\u7684\u7684\u5973\u90ce\u4e0d\u5c0b\u5e38\u7684\u51fa\u73fe\uff0c\u5b64\u96f6\u96f6\u5730\u653e\u7f6e\u5728\u5982\u6b64\u758f\u96e2\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\uff0c\u8ddf\u6574\u500b\u8655\u5883\u683c\u683c\u4e0d\u5165\u7684\u5b89\u6392\uff0c\u884d\u751f\u51fa\u7684\u662f\u5982\u56db\u5ea6\u7a7a\u9593\u7684\u9748\u754c\u9762<a href=\"http:\/\/www.almondchu.com\/wordpress\/portfolio-item\/time-tunnel-2018\/#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u5834\u8352\u8b2c\u7684\u8655\u7f6e\u5b89\u6392\uff0c\u5448\u73fe\u51fa\u4f86\u7684\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u4e0d\u5c0b\u5e38\u7684\u9ad4\u9a57\u3002\u5973\u90ce\u7684\u8209\u624b\u6295\u8db3\u5982\u5e7d\u9748\u822c\u7684\u59ff\u614b\uff0c\u76f4\u6258\u51fa\u5931\u63aa\u7684\u80a2\u9ad4\u4e0d\u77e5\u5982\u4f55\u6295\u653e\uff0c\u5e36\u51fa\u602a\u7570\u7684\u932f\u4f4d\u611f\uff1b\u96d6\u7136\u662f\u9060\u93e1\u7684\u5f71\u50cf\uff0c\u537b\u96b1\u7d04\u611f\u89ba\u5230\u5979\u8868\u60c5\u7684\u751f\u6f80\uff0c \u5c0d\u6240\u5728\u7684\u8655\u5883\u4e0d\u77e5\u5982\u4f55\u81ea\u8655\u53ca\u7121\u6cd5\u58ae\u5165\u7684\u8b8a\u626d\u72c0\u614b\uff0c\u6f14\u7e79\u51fa\u7684\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u4f4e\u6c89\u800c\u7d30\u7dfb\u7684\u5bc2\u5bde\u3002\u96a8\u8457\u662f\u539f\u4f86\u7684\u5b64\u7368\u3001\u8ff7\u5931\u3001\u758f\u96e2\u611f\u53d7\u51dd\u805a\u5f97\u66f4\u5f37\u70c8\u66f4\u6df1\u6c89\uff0c\u4f5c\u54c1\u7684\u8457\u773c\u9ede\u9010\u6f38\u6295\u5411\u5c0d\u8655\u5883\u548c\u8eab\u4efd\u7a2e\u7a2e\u554f\u984c\u7684\u601d\u8003\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u800c\u88fd\u4f5c\u4e0a\u7684\u5b89\u6392\uff0c\u662f\u6731\u5fb7\u83ef\u70ba\u9019\u7d44\u4f5c\u54c1\u7279\u8a2d\u7684\u624b\u6cd5\uff1b\u9ed1\u767d\u7684\u8655\u7406\u5c07\u70ba\u539f\u4f86\u7c97\u52a3\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u7a81\u986f\u51fa\u7576\u4e2d\u7684\u7c97\u7cd9\u611f\uff1b\u537b\u4ee5\u651d\u5f71\u53f2\u4e0a\u9ad8\u8cb4\u800c\u6975\u5177\u6536\u85cf\u50f9\u503c\u7684\u9251\u91d1\u5370\u76f8\u6cd5\u5370\u88fd\u3002\u756b\u9762\u9846\u7c92\u611f\u4e4b\u5f37\uff0c\u5c64\u6b21\u4e4b\u8c50\u5bcc\uff0c\u8b93\u756b\u8cea\u968e\u8abf\u63a5\u8fd1\u5b8c\u7f8e\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u770b\u5230\u539f\u4f5c\uff0c\u4fbf\u80fd\u9ad4\u9a57\u9019\u7a2e\u5370\u88fd\u6280\u8853\u7684\u9b45\u529b\u3002\u7136\u5f8c\u518d\u5728\u9019\u7cbe\u7dfb\u7684\u756b\u9762\u4e0a\uff0c\u914d\u4e0a\u91d1\u7b94\u548c\u4eba\u624b\u7e6a\u51fa\u4eae\u9e97\u7684\u5e7e\u4f55\u5716\u5f62\u548c\u7dda\u689d\uff1b\u4ee4\u539f\u4f86\u4f4e\u6c89\u7684\u8abf\u5b50\u8df3\u812b\u5230\u53e6\u4e00\u7a2e\u5c64\u9762\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u800c\u53e6\u4e00\u7a2e\u7279\u6709\u7684\u4ecb\u5165\u624b\u6cd5\uff0c\u662f\u904b\u7528\u9060\u93e1\u982d\u7684\u8655\u7406\u5f37\u8abf\u4f5c\u54c1\u4e2d\u758f\u96e2\u7684\u8abf\u5b50\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u523b\u610f\u62d2\u7d55\u5c0d\u865f\u5165\u5ea7\u7684\u4e3b\u89c0\u6295\u5c04\u3002\u96d6\u7136\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u7d44\u7cfb\u5217\u4f5c\u54c1\uff0c\u4f46\u6bcf\u5f35\u4f5c\u54c1\u5404\u81ea\u7368\u7acb\uff0c\u4e0d\u5fc5\u4e92\u76f8\u95dc\u9023\uff0c\u66f4\u4e0d\u5fc5\u9700\u8981\u4e0a\u4e0b\u8d77\u4f0f\u4ea4\u5f85\uff0c\u91cd\u9ede\u5728\u65bc\u7576\u4e2d\u7684\u7d30\u81a9\uff1b \u6211\u4e0d\u5176\u7136\u60f3\u5230 \u7d04\u7ff0\u00b7\u9023\u5102\u7684\u5e7e\u53e5\u8a71\uff1a\u300c\u7531\u7d50\u679c\u4f86\u770b\uff0c\u4e00\u5207\u90fd\u7b97\u904e\u5f97\u53bb\u3002\u5982\u679c\u653e\u4e0d\u4e0b\uff0c\u4ee3\u8868\u9084\u6c92\u8d70\u5230\u76e1\u982d\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n<p>\u9cf4\u8b1d\uff1a\u8607\u6dd1 (\u821e\u8e48\u5bb6)<\/p>\n<p>Credit: Ann Mak<br \/>\n\u6587\uff1a\u9ea5\u5b89 (Ann Mak)<\/p>\n<p>\u2014\u2013<\/p>\n<p>*John W.
